Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Cane’s culture.

You will manage shifts, cash handling, and staff deployment while enforcing company standards and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment in Dallas, TX. This role requires at least 3 years of management experience and a readiness to train and lead a growing crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings on operations and safety standards.
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Authorizes manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness of the Restaurant and that the facility is in good working order.
