Job summary

Vincent-Chicco is seeking a Restaurant Manager to partner with the management team to run a profitable operation while maintaining high standards of service, food, and beverages.

You will assist with staffing, develop the team through training, and ensure consistent quality across all aspects of the restaurant, including the physical space. Must be able to stand long shifts and work independently in Charleston.

Qualifications

• Experience with staffing in a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standard service procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and daily restaurant workflows.
• Ability to open and close restaurant processes.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions for the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with overseeing all staffing aspects from management to hourly roles.
• Determine appropriate staffing levels with the management team.
• Develop staff through identifying training needs and implementing programs.
• Ensure quality across food, beverages, service, and physical space.
• Conduct daily restaurant walk-throughs to identify attention or repair needs.
