The Ruby Slipper Cafe in West Ashley, Charleston, SC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality and thrives on energetic service. You will lead the front of house, partner with the Kitchen Manager to deliver chef-inspired hospitality, and coach a team to create memorable experiences from greeting to farewell.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced scratch restaurant.
• Naturally connects with guests and enjoys being present on the dining room floor.
• Leads with positivity, energy and accountability; builds teams that genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
• Stays calm, organized and solutions-focused during busy service.
• Wants to help launch an exciting new concept from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house while partnering with the Kitchen Manager to create a restaurant known for exceptional hospitality and an atmosphere that's relaxed and unforgettable.
• Engage with guests on the floor and support your team every shift.
