• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core Excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
