• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, including cash control, inventory, labor and reviewing financial reports.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
