Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Jackson, MS. The AGM provides coverage during operating hours and directly supervises operations to maintain cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality and speed of service.

The AGM trains employees, responds to guest needs, coaches team members, and helps with scheduling, inventory, and cash procedures to meet margins and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have open availability and flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with laws.
• Coach and develop team members during onboarding.
