Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations in GM absence.
• Uphold brand standards and MIC Success Routine.
• Recruit, interview, hire Team Members.
• Train, coach, and recognize team; promote equity and belonging.
• Review financial reports and optimize performance.
