Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, guest service principles, and understanding of profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders and maintains restaurant assets.
• Ensures preventative maintenance of facility and equipment and interacts with vendors as required.
• Directs restaurant team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Provides coaching and feedback to shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance.
