Burger King in Chicago is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily operations and guide a fast-paced restaurant team. You will develop leaders, ensure memorable guest experiences, and drive performance while maintaining quality and financial goals.

The role offers growth opportunities and requires strong communication and coaching abilities. You will train staff across shifts, monitor service speed, and ensure HACCP and cleanliness standards are met, contributing to a superior guest experience

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
