Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role partners with the General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while guiding the team to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality position, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
