Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED.
• State or County Food Handler Card within the required timeframe.
• Background check required.
• Ability to work a 50-hour week including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1–3 years of entry-level leadership/management in a restaurant or customer service setting.
• Proven leadership competencies per company standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing short- and long-term restaurant goals, including profitability and revenue growth.
• Help control costs and manage budgets (labor, food, and operating expenses).
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new team members.
• Develop and maintain day-to-day operational productivity and food/beverage quality.
• Record keeping, inventory management, cash handling, and staff deployment.
• Lead with a positive, professional image in the restaurant and community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (health, safety, labor, licensing).
• Follow posted work schedule or coordinate changes with General Manager.
• Handle cash procedures and safe operations per policy.
• Maintain safety and security, including opening/closing procedures, and reporting accidents.
• Adhere to safety data sheets and food safety standards.
