Job summary

Harri is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the Front and Back of House operations for a single QSR location. The AGM partners with the General Manager and assumes leadership when the GM is offsite.

This role focuses on execution, team leadership, and development and serves as a key pipeline position for future General Manager roles. Daily duties include supporting labor, food cost, inventory, safety, and guest service, coaching Shift Supervisors, onboarding new hires, and

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in QSR or similar.
• Leads diverse team with focus on guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports BOH and FOH daily operations to ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Assists GM with labor, food cost, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Coaches Shift Supervisors and develops team members.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and quality across shifts.
• Manages guest concerns and partners with GM on improvement actions.
