The ideal candidate will manage budgets, supervise daily activities, and contribute to marketing and revenue growth while maintaining food safety standards and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work a 50-hour work week, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing short- and long-term goals, including profitability.
• Help manage costs and budgeting, including labor, food, and other operating expenses.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation, and train new team members.
• Oversee ongoing training and development of existing staff.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are productive and that food/beverage offerings meet guests’ expectations.
• Maintain records for inventory, cash handling, and sales procedures.
• Represent the restaurant professionally in the community and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor laws, and licensing requirements.
• Follow posted work schedules or arrangements with the General Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
