Qualifications

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Experience leading teams of 40+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems.
• Willing to coach, delegate, and hold teams accountable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
