Bojangles’ is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Northwest, NC. The role partners with the General Manager to lead a team that delivers exceptional Southern Hospitality, driving traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. The position requires at least 2 years of management experience, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 50 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week and any shift.
