CAVA in Concord, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to bring our mission, values, and guest‑centered service to life. You will partner with the General Manager to set store action plans, forecast labor, and develop hourly Team Members for exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM will help manage schedules, inventory, and costs, coach staff, and support financial reporting while upholding food safety and a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Demonstrates a generous and friendly demeanor toward guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Maintain a positive work environment and address team issues.
• Uphold guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Ensure food safety practices and proper training.
• Support administrative tasks and store records.
