Job summary

CAVA in Raleigh is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM and Area Leader to drive store performance and guest satisfaction. You will help manage daily operations, scheduling, forecasting, labor, and inventory while modeling our core values in interactions with guests and Team Members.

The AGM will lead by example in customer service, supervise staff, manage financials, prepare reports, and contribute to special projects to boost restaurant success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost control.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Support with guest concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
