Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, and time off requests.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coaching; discipline when necessary to ensure standards.
• Observe kitchen operations and address misalignments promptly.
• Set hours, weekly schedules and assign tasks before, during and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs and inventory.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation; maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Enforce service model and train staff on Ruby Tuesday SOPs.
• Oversee food and beverage production per recipes and procedures.
• Resolve guest recovery situations with discretion.
• Communicate shift notes and needs via manager logbook.
• Ensure security and safety measures for employees and guests.
