Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and supervise crew, carhops and skating carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Open/close restaurant and prepare staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Maintain employee records including payroll and compliance.
• Develop action plans to improve sales and financial trends.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan.
