Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Two years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, standards, and training.
• Support the General Manager and coach team to achieve hg Standards.
• Supervise shifts and manage restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Assist in administrative duties, employee evaluations, and scheduling.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with honeygrow's hg Engine for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product, and hospitality.
