Job summary

Candidates must have food preparation experience and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, ensuring policies and standards are met.
• Support the General Manager and train team members.
• Supervise scheduled shifts and manage operations in GM's absence.
• Maintain clear communication regarding restaurant operations.
• Ensure a fantastic guest experience with speed and accuracy.
