Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. You will help manage on-shift leadership, onboarding, and payroll processes for hourly crew members, while driving exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
