Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. You will train staff, assist in scheduling, and help execute Church's initiatives while supporting sales and profitability.

You will oversee banking/paperwork, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce policies. Externals must adhere to safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry is required.
• ServSafe® food safety training is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in training employees.
• Prepare and maintain weekly staffing schedules.
• Help during high volume periods and manage daily operations.
• Handle paperwork promptly and ensure quality product delivery.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and support sales targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory and compliance with policies.
