Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team; supervise shift leaders and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members.
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching and feedback.
• Implement training programs to improve skills and performance.
• Oversee daily operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards compliance.
• Create guest-focused culture and address guest feedback.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and profitability.
• Manage food and labor costs; maximize profitability.
• Engage with the local community and explore partnerships.
