Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Braselton, GA to lead a team and ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, uphold Dunkin' standards, manage inventory and costs, and drive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or ability to show leadership.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant language in your market.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders, team members, bakers and other staff.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, coaching and feedback, and resolving conflicts.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash management, inventory, and brand standards.
Ensure health and safety, food handling, and sanitation compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve guest experience.
