You will lead shift execution, manage staff deployment, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older (implied by role).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant, and manages cash handling.
