Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager in Florida to oversee hands-on daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager. You will help implement Church's initiatives, support financial goals, and manage banking and administrative tasks.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with policy and safety standards. A strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assists in maintaining staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assists in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assists in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintains and records accurate inventory.
• Enforces company policies and procedures.
• Maintains operations standards and compliance.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Delivers high quality products daily, every shift.
