Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Managerial, supervisory, leadership and customer service experience.
• Driver's license with good driving record and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant staff across positions to meet brand standards.
• Supervise and direct subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Ensure food is prepared to brand standards and quality.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Open and close the restaurant on time and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain proper cash procedures and store security during shifts.
• Build employee schedules, place food orders, and perform inventory checks.
• Report hazards and follow safety procedures with leadership guidance.
