The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong reading, writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience.
• Driver’s License and a good driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach staff across all restaurant positions.
• Direct subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Supervise food preparation to meet brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Open and close the restaurant on time and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow cash procedures and manage deposits as directed.
• Maintain safe working conditions and enforce company policies.
• Build employee schedules, manage inventory, and handle maintenance requests.
