Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Internal Promote: 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: 3+ years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+; ServSafe certified; fluent in English; strong interpersonal, math, organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure workstation training and labor law compliance.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain food safety and quality; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Analyze operational and financial performance using reports; drive sales and profitability via the Service Profit Chain; monitor costs and budget adherence.
