Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager and the team to run a profitable store with best-in-class service and hospitality. This hands-on role includes training, cost controls, policy adherence, scheduling, and staff development to ensure guests are welcomed and entertained.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions and adapt to changing situations.
• Must complete required training and certifications including food and/or alcohol service where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff and managers with respect.
• Manage interviewing, warnings, counseling, hiring and firing with GM oversight.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily financial controls.
• Develop AGM candidates and assist in management development.
• Recruit proactively and maintain standards for kitchen and FOH operations.
