Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding policies.
• Support the General Manager in teaching the team.
• Supervise scheduled shifts and manage restaurant operations.
• Maintain a clear line of communication with the General Manager.
• Train, coach, and develop all employees.
