Job summary

SERG is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee planning, organization, training, and leadership of restaurant staff. You will drive objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, training, cash handling, scheduling, and staff supervision to ensure top-tier guest experience and operational efficiency. Salary commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in front-of-house or restaurant management.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Strong math and cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to SERG Restaurant Group mission.
• Ensure policies and training programs are followed on time.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at all times.
• Ensure food and products meet high standards and recipes are followed.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and payroll tasks.
• Schedule labor to meet business needs and control costs.
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food or service.
