Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Schedule, supervise, and participate in unit operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage the unit's staff and leadership.
• Maintain daily reporting, cash control, and unit P&L processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe facilities and proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene.
