Job summary

FOURJAY LLC seeks an Assistant Manager in Fayetteville, AR to lead restaurant operations, focus on food quality and safety, staffing, cleanliness, service, and cost controls under the general manager and supervisors.

You will coach crew, manage schedules, track inventory, and perform admin duties while upholding company procedures and safety. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents.
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Ability to do math including fractions and percentages.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good computer skills including Word and Excel; ability to learn other software.
• Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be competent working and coaching in all positions within the restaurant.
• Direct all subordinate staff and hold them accountable.
• Supervise and help prepare food meeting brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the restaurant opens and closes on time.
• Maintain a clean restaurant meeting company standards.
• Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Foster a safe working environment in line with policies and laws.
• Report hazards to supervisor and Operating Partner as needed.
• Perform admin duties including scheduling, orders, inventory, safety checks.
