Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Lead talent through training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Monitor food safety, quality, and customer service.
• Analyze sales and labor to meet margin and service goals.
