Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct daily Hardee’s operations, model company values, and drive sales and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules, monitor food safety, and ensure exceptional customer service across all shifts and locations. The role requires at least three years in restaurant ops, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED mandatory; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance for inter-location travel.
• Strong communication with team members and customers; customer focus.
• Ability to develop talent and drive profitability through execution excellence.
• Accountability through performance-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant in line with Brand Vision and Core Values.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent across shifts and locations.
• Supervise restaurant operations, customer service, food prep, and housekeeping.
• Analyze sales, labor, and costs; implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with safety programs and audits.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and legal obligations.
• Manage schedules to cover all day parts; travel between locations as needed.
