Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train, coach, and develop staff while maintaining financial accountability and strict food safety compliance.

You will drive performance, oversee scheduling and shifts, and collaborate with HR on employee relations. Expect travel between locations to support operations and implement local marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel between company locations and transport product and supplies as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards in service, food safety, and financial accountability.
• Select, train, coach, and develop top talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.
• Manage performance via company processes and maintain open-door communications with employees.
• Supervise across all shifts to ensure customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Travel between company locations to support operations and attend meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance.
• Drive local store marketing plans and analyze sales, labor, inventory, and costs to improve margins.
