Job summary

Raising Cane’s Restaurant is hiring an Operations Manager in Columbus, OH to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding the brand standards and culture.

You will lead shifts, manage staff, handle cash, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while driving performance and food safety. The role requires 3+ years of management experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
