Raising Cane’s in Ohio is hiring an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding our One Love culture.

The OM will lead shifts, manage cash controls, and ensure policy compliance, while deploying crewmembers and delivering outstanding guest service. This role offers competitive pay with benefits and weekly pay where available.

Qualifications

• Leads restaurant operations while upholding Raising Cane’s standards.
• Manages cash handling and accountability as manager on duty.
• Implements shift management and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for Crewmembers.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
