Job summary

Raising Cane's in Grove City, OH is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane’s standards, and manage shifts.

You’ll lead crewmembers, ensure guest satisfaction, handle cash and scheduling, and participate in company training. This full-time role requires 1+ years of management experience and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and travel for training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds standards.
• Manages shift operations, cash handling and accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service excellence.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation; completes other duties as assigned.
