Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold quality service. You will train teams, manage retention, ensure health and safety standards, and drive merchandising execution across the store.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a solid grasp of P&L/reports to influence store performance; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with experience in restaurant management valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
