Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant management team. The role focuses on training, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

You will supervise staff, develop leaders from within, manage merchandising and marketing programs, and use P&L data to drive improvements. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills, and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department Standards and company policies.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and use store data to drive change.
• Strong communication and computer skills; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
