Job summary

7-Eleven in Greenville, SC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and develop staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will oversee merchandising, enforce health and safety standards, manage P&L and store reports, and drive promotions while maintaining high employee retention.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced retail environment with a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise restaurant staff and lead service quality.
• Experience in recruiting and developing leaders; focus on retention.
• Knowledge of Health Department standards and company policies.
