Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy store, develop a high-performing team, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and promoting from within while maintaining compliance and strong store performance.

The position requires supervision experience and a focus on retention, merchandising, and P&L management to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Focus on retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and boosting productivity.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and leadership of the team.
• Train and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement merchandising and marketing initiatives across the store.
