Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and providing coaching to improve performance.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to complying with Health Department Standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and promote internal advancement.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and guest experience.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.
