Job summary

Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Boston, MA to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations and guest service.

You will train and supervise staff during shifts, monitor sanitation and safety standards, and help manage invoices, schedules, and records in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational and customer-service skills, with a focus on diverse teamwork, P&L awareness, and compliance with brand standards and company

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for location including labor, sales and COG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure training and supervision of staff during shifts.
• Monitor sanitation and health/safety standards.
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing invoices.
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and security.
• Address customer complaints per standards.
• Prepare required paperwork and records in an organized manner.
