Job summary

The role requires a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, Serv Safe certification, and open availability. You will also handle payroll, scheduling and compliance with policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front counter service, train staff to handle customer concerns.
• Lead meetings to plan and review operations and policies.
• Develop sales and utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, inventory and labor to maximize profits.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and payroll processing.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and Taco Bell image standards.
• Post promotions, hire/-promote staff and keep records per law.
