Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year supervisory experience in mid/high-volume retail, or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Business or Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and supervisory/mathematical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist unit manager with operations staff and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare daily sales reports and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train crew leads on product storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Handle customer issues to maintain satisfaction and quality service.
• Support compliance with company policies and safety rules.
