Circle K Stores Inc. Hastings, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and coach the team to uphold brand standards.

The RAM will lead service, ensure food safety, manage shift duties, and maintain cash and inventory controls while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to growth within Circle K.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in their absence
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to maintain standards
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with Brand and health department regulations
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork, cash counts, and inventory records
